The minimum order amount for orders is €200,-.
The average delivery time is 1- 4 weeks.
For an initial order, we ask for prepayment.
You’ll receive an overview right after ordering. After calculating the shipping costs, the final invoice and bank information will be sent.
For re-orders, the invoices will be send when the order is ready to be shipped.

Everything you see is inspired by nature. In nature people find peace. This is what I want to achieve with my designs for our little ones. In a world where everything is for sale and where you get overstimulated on a daily base, I like to offer something that incitements to take a moment to sit back, observe, together with your loved ones.
Handicraft is an art. Something in this economical world we almost seem to forget. We seem to forget how beautiful and valuable it can be. We have our own team with talented ladies who have exceptional skills to put, as a team, the pieces together to come to perfectionistic standards. Working with hands makes us grounded and connected to make safe and special designs for little ones.
BEZISA has been growing very fast. I started from the kitchen table, then we moved to a bigger house, and got my own workspace. In January 2019 we got the opportunity to move to an old school building close to my home. I happily took all the stuff out of my house that had turned into a little factory, crushing through my family life.

Most girls in my team are daughters of members of my hockey team or live in my neighborhood.
Our wool felt is made of pure new wool, which is naturally nonflammable and dirt repellent. Our wool felt is non-toxic and meets the high standards of the UNE-EN 71-2, UNE-EN 71-3 and ÖKO-TEX 100. White wool is colored with natural materials in Western Europe.
The wooden beads and rings are made of high-quality birchwood from European Sustainable grown forests. Is crafted in Austria and it has the PEFC certification.
The leather is vegetable tanned and dyed. We have visited this family business and were overwhelmed by their knowledge, techniques and development department to make the most animal and environment-friendly product in their niche.
The colored beads are made of 100% silicon. These are free of BPA, non-toxic and approved by FDA/SGS/LFGB and EU. Silicons are made from the basic elements silicon (gravel) and oxygen. Better known as quartz and in small form, the main constituent of sand.
We try to keep our waste to a minimum. We bring all leftover materials to local daycares and primary schools for handicraft. We re-use boxes and padding materials when packing B2B orders.
All our products have a declaration of conformity according to the applicable European safety standard. These can be requested by email.

All materials we use are tested and approved according to the most demanding (chemical) safety standards.
To maintain and further develop the quality and safety level of our current and future collection we have built our own test lab according to the European Guidelines. We test our products frequently & randomly as required.
Our products come standard with paper tags containing all necessary and required information.
Products that require packaging (protection or keeping together) are delivered in a linen bag.
The linen bags can also be ordered separately as a gift wrap or as marble bags.
For shipping we re-use boxes as much as possible.
